Fantastic location

Annoying that we had to take a taxi from picking up keys to the apartment

Very nice bedrooms, good security, good location

One chair was broken, only 4 chairs for 6 persons, not enough cups and plates.

The location is excellente. You are very near by the metro and it has near shops.

The cleanliness wasent so good. The bath towels was not clean.

Good location, clean apartment. Perfect for big families or young groups. Good deal.

Minor problems with the air conditionning, bad smell

The lady on reception was helpful and apologetic, however our room wasnt cleaned until after 18.00.

No guides or help or info given about Barcelona. You should provide this when we collect the keys. maps, guide to metro and taxis and buses. A map of the city. What to see and what to do. Restaurant recomendations. When we were packing to go home I found some things in the kitchen bottom drawer. I would never have thought to look in there! This info is essential to a visitor.

It was a nice size and very close to Sagrada Familia church.

The key didn't work in the door. Since you get the key at a different location that was a problem late at night. There was a broken window in the room. It had to of happened before we arrived because there was no glass on the floor. The air conditioning did not work. The room smelled musty.

The apartment is situated perfect closed to metrostation in the center of Barcelona. There is plenty of space in the appartment, and the apartment is equipted with necessary equipment for at family with more children or 3 couples.

The windowglass in one of the rooms was broken at our arrival and was not repaired during our stay. Therefore we had a lot of noise from the street during night. This was not a satified situation! Furthermore the air condition in two of the rooms could not be programmed to be working more than half an our, which was irritation. It is urgent that the aircondition is repaired. More of the chairs was directy dangeous to use because defects. It isurgent these chairs are changed or repaired.

we had the wrong key and waited two hours in the street. when we go in the apartment, the apartment wasn't ready .. so we had to wait another time!
