il solo fatto che questa catena alberghiera appartenga ad un gruppo tedesco di alberghatori improvvisati danneggia notevolmente tutti coloro che posseggono nella classificazione alberghiera i 5 stelle.il prezzo e medio visto che barcelona non e notevolmente cara,per quanto riguarda l'albergho da uno a dieci complessivamente io gli darei 6. cordiali saluti

If a hotel makes it out to be 5 star the you expect high quality, superb service, and a uniqueness in style. This hotel is far from 5 star and at best a 3 star. This is a very tired hotel that needs an overhaul, decor and rooms shabby and dated. Service slow and lacking any panache. Over rated and very over priced for what you get.

Appalling Room Sevice. Failed to respond to the phone for 1 hour, so went to reception, just to be told to keep trying. Gave up. Not good for a 5 star hotel with a 24hr room service option. Would put me off using this chain again.
