Hotel très simple, chambres petites. Equipement de base : bouilloire pour thé et café, petit réfrigérateur, TV. A 8mn à pied du centre de Brisbane.

Enjoyed my visit. Nice clean hotel with excelent, friendly and helpful staff .

OK for those just looking for a place to lay their heads down for a night or two.

The room was so very small for 2 people. No Hand towel supplied. No lift or ease of carrying luggage. No exhaust fan in toilet. Stand by rates displayed less than that charged even when paying well in advance, as Hotel Club has receipt of payment to receive interest, woulc not use to book accomadation again.

Pleasantly surprised by the replacement of a faulty fridge which was achieved in less than one hour.

Website indicated a more modern hotel than what we actually found. Rooms were very small.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. The shampoo and conditioner bottles had been used. The air conditioners were too loud. There was not a parking spot even though the hotel falsely advertised that there is secure off street parking. It was inconvenient to wait until 0800 until the office opened to check out. The hotel looks very dilapidated and the receptionist was rude. The property is not 3 star. I will not be staying there again.

What we didn't like was the Location, for the sole reason that there is NO public transport(bus service) to (or in the neighbourhood) after 5:30 pm, which makes it very difficult to enjoy evennings in a very beautiful city like Brisbane impossible unless you are prepared to spend large amount on taxi fares or walk through dark areas(think of dinner out); What we liked:1) Cleanliness, 2) Friendly staff 3) Movies on TV at night were greatly appreciated, since we couldn't go out often in the evennings.

Don't let the size of this place mislead you!!!! It was a very pleasant place and the staff were very friendly and helpful (we had a package arrive from a previous hotel and they were great about it). Restaurant was nice, and the food was cheap but very delicious and plentiful. Would definitely go back if we ever return to Brisbane.

Very happy with the service and location of this hotel, just a note on hotels in general, I think it is time now that hotels started providing wireless internet access complimentary to guests, I am happy to pay extra per room for this, but very few have the networks. Service providers now have unlimited access for as little as $50 a week, so a 50 room hotel only needs $1 per room per week to cover this cost. Even $1 per night would be acceptable to me.

On arrival the motel seemed fine but when we returned that evening we found multiple cockroaches crawling around the room and bathroom. We told the office the next morning who had the room sprayed but we still found more live cockroaches and baby ones as well. There were also ants in the restaurant. I wouldn't recomend this motel to anyone.

Unfreundlicher Empfang. Die Zimmer sind so klein, dass man sich zu zweit darin kaum umdrehen kann. Permanenter Küchengeruch von der Restaurantküche im Zimmer. Schmuddeliges Restaurant im Keller. EINMAL und NIE WIEDER !!

Il vero problema è nella mancanza dell'ascensore perchè farsi 4 piani a piedi con quasi 30 chili di valigie è davvero massacrante.Tuttavia massima disponibilità dimostrata dai responsabili. Stanze pulite e confortevoli.

A small but clean and comfortable room ideal for a single traveller. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location opposite a park and an easy walk into town and Roma Street Station. Excellent value for money. I will stay there again on my next visit to Brisbane.

The service is reasonably good if price is taken into account. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel room is a bit small. By the way, there's no access to the balcony as the glass door of my room is locked. (I think not all the rooms are like this.)

フロントの対応はＧＯＯＤ 部屋の大きさのわりに、少々ねだんが高いでしょうか。また、ブリスベンの中心からすこし離れていますね。全体的には清潔でよかったです。

価格の割にロケーションも良く、まあまあ綺麗でした。 バッパーに泊まるより全然いいと思います。

The room I stayed in was a little smaller than what I was expecting. However it was very comfortable and clean, and the price and location near the CBD were great.

This was excellent value and very, very clean. We would stay there again without hesitation. Breakfast was good as well.

スタッフが明るく丁寧で感じがよかった。 部屋は狭かったがシャワーと寝るためだけなので問題なし。 チェックイン時に、空の請求書にサインだけさせられた。 ホテルに損害を与えたときの請求用だと言っていたが、非常に不満。 そこに泊まらなければ別の宿を探さなくてはならず、オーバーナイトのフライトで到着して疲れていたので、文句も言わずにサインしたけど、好き勝手に金額を書き込まれる恐れもあるので、ホテル側の言い分もあるだろうが方法を改めてほしい。

when we arrived the person was very unfriendly towards us she did give us a room but it was very tiny & also up a lot of stairs to climb she could see my sister had mobile diffulculty with her walking as she uses a stick so we cancelled our return stay there

We stayed 2 nights. One at the beginning of a trip and the other at the end of the same trip. When we arrived on 25/6/07, staff member was excellent. However when we came in on 30/6, a different staff member was on duty and we received instructions in a very brisk manner. We were asked if we would like a wake up call and if we wished for a taxi to be booked. We wanted to be up at 3.45 am and a taxi for 4.30am. Neither happened. We were lucky that our personal alarm woke us and that a passing taxi stopped and he checked - our names were not on the computer for a pick up. If we had missed our flight, the motel would have received a blistering commplaint. Diane Schofield

we have booked the soho on many occasions for business purposes. we decided not to revisit the hotel even through we go to brisbane every month-for these reasons- my business partner had work at the gold coast and had to travel up after finish of business day to brisbane and arrived at 10pm and was scolded by the deskclerk (asian lady). they have no flexibility for business clients - their phones go through a digital line and you cant get internet access. we needed to change a booking &even though we spend $500 per 2 months there - they would not refund us -so we paid for a night not spent at the hotel.

I found them very friendly and very helpful.

Don't expect any quality from this hotel, with the boss sitting around the counter almost everyday; he watches your every move and makes you think twice about getting any extras from him.

朝食の場所が会議室をビュッフェにした感じでやや雰囲気がホテルに合わず残念。とはいえ、夕食のドロルマは雰囲気は最高。 部屋はダブルでお願いしていたが、やや広く角部屋とはいえツインの部屋に理由無く変更されていた。。

El Majestic se encuentra situado en una de las calles mas bonitas de Barcelona y el edificio es precioso, además no muy lejos nos encontramos con dos edificios modernistas muy conocidos del famoso arquitecto Gaudi.

部屋が、グラシア通りに面しており、ガウディの建築が見えるなど場所的にも 最高であった。また、屋上からは、サグラダファミリアが見え、バルセロナを 実感できた。

This was our third stay here and as always it was excellent. Rooms may vary - some smaller than others, but they are well equipped and reasonably stylish. Bathrooms are good with plentiful supplies of good quality towels and toiletries. Location excellent on Passeig de gracia - can walk easily to cathedral, markets, Ramblas, shops and bus to airport if you don't want taxi. Bar is nice - great people watching, though obviously more expensive than those outside hotel (about 18 euro for 2 glasses of wine) We had 1 drink there each night before we went out. Breakfast good - nicest tasting fresh fruit(especially oranges) I have ever had. Nice breads/meats/cheeses, hot selection and the rest. We got 3 nights for 2 which made it very reasonable value.

we loved our time there. The location was fabulous for sight-seeing. We had a junior suite overlooking the Passeig de Gracia and it was an oasis of calm and coolness. I had heard that Barcelona is very noisy but you could not hear a thing in the room. The views from the rooftop poolside bar were amazing (the prices were high and the pool is tiny). The staff were very polite and helpfull. We had dinner a few nights in the hotel as the food was delicious and good value for the quality compared with the cafe food we ate on the other evenings. (We ate in the Condor resturant, not the Drolma which is very, very expensive)

The Majestic is superbly situated at the Paseo de Gracia, at walking distance of whatever you might need. Clean hotel with friendly people, although the standard rooms are small and quite noisy if situated on the street side. These rooms do have a balcony though!

hotel idéablement situé, mais très mal isolé phoniquement pour un 5 étoiles.principalement au niveau des chambres( simple vitrage doublé mais totalement innéficace), ainsi que les cloisons de séparations, ou on entend pratiquement toutes les conversations dans la chambre d'à coté. A déconseiller aux personnes sensibles à ce problème.Par contre le personnel est qualifié, et très acceuillant.

When I booked I was not told that the swimming pool was under repair, which was a disappointment when we got there.

Unfortunately the hotel's 10th floor was closed off limiting some of the facilities. The hotel either has heating or air conditioning on. In a warm February the hotel was on the heating mode so we had no cooling. This led to a noise issue as the windows had to be open and we overlooked a busy junction. The traffic, vehicle sirens and overuse of the horn meant we needed ear plugs. We asked at reception for extra pillows and water to be left in the room as my wife was 7 months pregnant. When we got back none of these things were done. So after phoning reception a man appeared with a bottle of water and no pillows. He then charged us 12 Euros in cluding 5 Euro service charge! He then had to make a third call for the extra pillows. Upon checkout we did get an apology and the charge removed. The junior suite was very nice though. The location was walkable to the shops and the bus stops. There were some restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast in the hotel was good.

Room the size of a broom cupboard and not very clean. tiny window with no view at the back of the hotel. Only there for one night thankfully!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. I'd been advised that the buffet breakfast was 'the best you'll find anywhere in Europe' and I have to say that it really was! Our room was kept immaculate throughout our stay, it was at the back of the hotel - the sky light windows were a bit of disappointment - but that was more than made up by the fact that the room was blissfully quiet. The location of the Hotel was perfect for getting to anywhere in the city. The service from the staff was very good too - we were made to feel very welcome. I guess the only niggle was that the toiletries were a disappointment so I'd recommend people to take their own. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top quality, excellent service, facilities & location. The selection of foods at the buffet breakfast was diverse & would cater to all tastes. Although expensive by the night the 4 nights for the price of 3 evened out the high price. The pool area was a little smaller than we expected but in the end we had no time to use this facility with so much to see & do in Barcelona! Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would definitely revisit.
