excellent location, good first impression, clean nice but very small

we don't have kettle in the apartment, we inform staff and they do nothing.

The man on reception when we collected the keys was very helpful. It would be good to include some advice about where to collect keys from as well as the map. As we arrived late at night 11pm and found it difficult to find the building 145.

One night it was very noisy due to other people arriving back late. The flat needs at least one more mirror as there is currently only one in the bathroom. The flat needed some dish wash cloths for washing up, as well as more than one tea towel. Also could do with a dustpan and brush as if we spilt anything it was difficult to clear up. Also some information as to how to dispose of bin bags as we had to leave them piled up in the kitchen.

The noice at night in the street

Great location, very clean, decent size, nice decor.

There was a breakdown in communication between Lastminute and the Las Ramblas Apartment which has resulted in me having to pay twice for the apartment. The apartment was not air conditioned and the fans provided did not all work.

Loved the location and the space!

Not happy about water everywhere in the bathroom when you use the shower.

Needs air conditioning.
