We reserved rooms in this hotel. When we arrived, they told us they had problems with the electricity. They had booked us in at another Husa hotel: Husa Arena, a **** hotel instead of a ***hotel, for the same price. They paid taxi to the other hotel for us. Excellent service, we had a good stay at a good hotel.

Nice clean hotel where the staff were helpful and reasonably friendly. A bit further out of the centre of Barcelona than we realised, but travel on Metro helped overcome this issue. The hotel should make more of the ease of travel by ensuring guests aware. Could they arrange for books of tickets to be provided/sold in the foyer?

I had to pay the parking slot for my car (11€ / night) and I thought it was free (nobody told me it was not included in the price).

The best breakfast buffets we had during our trip. The staff at the desk spoke some English and were very accommodating.

Well worth returning to.

Top hotel would go back without a second thought. Easy access to the metro was a big bonus

The Husa Tres Torres Hotel Barcellona is very comfortable and not far from the Tres Torres stop of the metro. The staff is kind.

L'hôtel est un peu décentralisé, mais la station de métro est toute proche et le quartier est très calme. Système de paiement à revoir : malgré la carte Visa débitée par website, l'hôtel a demandé le paiement du séjour !? situation toutefois rapidement réglée.

nonostante avessimo prenotato e PAGATO due stanze singole per due persone, hanno tentato di rifilarci una stanza doppia. solo dopo tre ore (dico, ben tre ore) di attesa e diverse proteste siamo riusciti ad avere le due stanze singole prenotate. inutile dire le mille scuse (rivelatesi false) inventate dall'addetto dell'hotel sui motivi per cui le stanze non erano disponibili

my only complaint is that we nearly missed our connecting coach for the airport as the hotel forgot to book a taxi that had been requested the previous day, and written down. If it had not been for the willingness of the driver to get us their VERY fast we would have missed the coach ans therefore our flight. I also could not understand why the bar!! closed so early.

Hôtel très agréable dans un quartier de Barcelone calme et tranquille

中心街からはちょっと離れた場所にあり、近くに食事の出来る場所は少ないですが、治安的には問題の無いエリアです。ホテルの部屋は清潔で、部屋にはセーフティボックス（使う場合はデポジットとして50ユーロ必要）もあり、また併設されているレストランのカマレロも感じが良かったので、個人的には大変満足できました。

Très bon hôtel. Concernant la restauration, la carte n'était pas assez complète car certains plats proposés n'étaient pas disponibles. C'est un point à améliorer. Le service est excellent grâce à la compétence du très bon serveur actuel, le soir. Par contre pour les jours d'affluence il faudrait prévoir une personne supplémentaire pour le petit déjeuner car comme il y a très peu de tables, celles-ci ne sont pas assez vite débarrassées et l'attente est longue.
