Staff were always smilling and happy to help. We were given a free glass of champagne while the staff sorted our rooms. The breakfasts were good as they catered for all tastes, with a varied selection. I was surprised how few people tried the evening meals. We went for two evening meals during our stay and they were both excellent. Two excellent 3 course meals and a bottle of wine all for just 52 euro. The rooms were very nice and tidy. The only negative feedback would be that you could sometimes hear some faint music in the middle of the night that was coming from inside the hotel. The hotel is excellently situated for all areas of the city. Will defenitely be going back here.

We all gave this hotel 10 out of 10 as it has touch of style we could not fault this hotel after one month in Europe this was the best, we all enjoyed out stay we had 1 double and one single for 4 nights.

Very helpful staff, giving advice, directions, etc. Good breakfast, plenty of coffee! Location is fine, just off the main road, so as qiet as you can expect in a large city. The room was fine. Good value.

A fantastic well located hotel. Two minutes walk from La Rambla buy far enough away for it to be quiet at night. We were greeted upon checkin with free champagne from extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was exceptionaly clean and spacious (there were 3 of us sharing it) I would definately stay there again if staying in Barcelona

A small friendly hotel, service good with an excellent breakfast. It was on a quite backstreet however remember you are in barcelona people where banging doors and furniture well into the morning.

Great location, front desk was very helpfull, free internet was a great plus. The hotel should invest in new beds for the rooms, very incomfortable. Never made it to the breakfast. Would stay again if the Hotel gets new beds.

We were served champagne on arrival while checking in, served up by a very charming male receptionist, what a start to our long weekend in Barcelona. All the staff were extreemly pleasent and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, the hotel is very close to the center of the city and a metro station. There is a great bar just accross the road from the hotel if you need a cool beer after a long days sight seeing. Excellent, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, I already have.

A complimentary glass of champagne on arrival from excellent english speaking staff. A good location,spotlessly clean with substantial breakfast. Rooms not large, had a 6 foot double bed, 2 armchairs, a table, plenty of storage. All the rooms are being refurbished we had to move rooms because of this, but were offered a complimentary meal by way of compensation. TV channels unpredictable. A good 3 star hotel which we would be happy to use again.

Glass of wine on arrival, our hotel room was a good size, others we saw where perhaps on the small side. Good continentel breakfast, small bar area but clean & well kept, staff where all friendly. Good location for Rambals. Recommend staying there for a city break. Value for money.

The location of the hotel was superb, everything on the doorstep, transport, restaurants etc. The breakfast at the hotel was first class and we would have no hesitation in returning to the H10 Gravina again. This hotel was very good and the staff could not have been more helpful especially at reception. If you had a problem i.e. lights not working or air conditioning not working they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The breakfast provided was excellent. The only criticism I had was that we had a three bedded room which was very tight for space. The bathroom had an excellent array of products.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Barcelona due to its location and friendliness. However, we were lucky enough to stay in the new section of the hotel (Gravina II) which had recently been redone, the older section of the hotel looked slightly less attractive. Our view was beautiful overlooking the street between the University and Placa Catalunya, and being above the Christmas lights made it even more special.

Excellent spot. Hotel is down a small side street, so is away from the noise, but is only a 2min walk to Las Ramblas. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Rooms are small, but do the job just fine. Would stay again.

Le 4 stanze assegnate erano piccolissime e al piano II non ristrutturato. La finestra da sul cortile interno da cui provengono gli sgradevoli odori degli aspiratori delle cucine. Colazione assortita e di buona qualità. Si pagano 2 euro al giorno per l'uso della cassaforte della camera ! La posizione è ottima, a due passi dall'inizio delle Ramblas, ma in una stradina silenziosa.

カタルーニャ広場の次の駅ウニベルシタット駅に至近（カタルーニャ広場から徒歩圏）。 夜も明るいし人通りがあるので危なくなく女の子一人でうろうろ出来ました。 日本人のフロント係りさんも居るし、英語もキチンと通じるし、インターネットも２台使用できとても便利。隣部屋のお風呂の水を流す音、窓を通じて別の部屋の音が聞こえるのだけが気になりました。

Die Lage des Hotels ist unweit Plaza Catalunya so günstig, dass man über kleinere Mängel leicht hinwegsehen kann. Leider gab es in einer Nacht eine Ruhestörung durch eine englische Schülergruppe (Empfehlung: kein Zimmer mit Durchgangstür akzeptieren). Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig.

Good location fairly close to Las Ramblas. Hotel staff friendly. If coming on bus from airport get off at the University (stop before Place Catalunia) - it is a shorter route with luggage! Breakfasts are of excellent quality and has a wide variety of dishes which should cater for mosts peoples requirements. I even ate there one evening, normally I never eat at hotels but I was unable to leave the hotel that night and the quality was excellent and the waiters attentive.

A very nice and well located hotel. Close to Ramblas but at a quiet narrow street. The room was big enough for the three of us, parents with a teenaged son. TV, facilities for making tea or coffee, safe, hairdryer and Breakfast was very nice and varied. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. We will definitely use this hotel again if we ever come back to Barcelona.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel (three nights). The location was great, very central yet quite. The reception desk was very helpful. The view from our window was rather poor and the walls had some stains which could have been easily washed... Besides this - a very nice small hotel with a tasteful breakfast and free internet use at the lobby.

Les chambres du Gravina II semblent plus grandes que celles de l'hotel principal, cependant celles donnant sur la calle de pelai sont bruyantes. A noter que si vous etes chargés l'accés au GRAVINAII est un peu compliqué, il faut changer d'ascenseur au 2ème étage circuler à ce niveau et reprendre un nouvel ascenseur. Pour le reste l'hotel est tout à fait satisfaisant, la reception aimable, le lieu central, les prix peut-être un peu hauts pour 3 *.?

Alcune camere sono di dimensioni veramente ridotte. Soprattutto rispetto allo standard dell'hotel, che nel complesso risulta un tre stelle di categoria superiore. Il personale, costituito per intero da giovani ragazzi, è stato molto disponibile. Raccomandata la colazione, davvero molto ricca!

Ottima ricezione, assistenza da parte del personale durante il soggiorno molto buona. Camere molto spaziose e ampie, pulite senza nulla da eccepire. Manca una una finestra che da sull'esterno e non sul muro del cortile interno. Rumori di sottofondo prvenienti dal ristorante adiacente. A volte durante la notte clienti chiassosi.

The Hotel Gravina has a certain charm, with its staff greeting you by immediately offering a glass of Cava (champagne), its cosy rooms, very modern bathrooms, and excellent buffet breakfast. And the location is terrific. For the most part the staff was warm and helpful. Excellent value.

Großer Vorteil dieses Hotels ist die zentrale Lage. Unser Zimmer war sehr beengt, die Matratzen waren grottenschlecht, und dank Rohrleitungen die nicht unter Putz verlegt waren, waren die Nächte auch dementsprechen schlecht und kurz.Morgens erwartete uns dann aber ein exellentes Frühstücksbuffet.Das Personal war freundlich.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff. Beds are rock hard and make futons seem soft. Luck of the draw regards whether your room will be quiet. [Ours was.] Good selection at breakfast buffet [even soya milk, which was a godsend.] If the smell of the sewerage system will bother you though, Barcelona is best visited when the weather is cool.

It is a little disconcerting that during the day there are always at least 30 men standing at the doorway; it would be better for them to be in an orderly queue leading down the street with a number system for entry. The staff on the reception desk and in the breakfast room were always very polite and courteous, thank you for an enjoyable stay!

The hotel staff were most polite and helpful - the breakfast and dinner very good. My only negative point is that there was a drain smell in our bathroom but I'm sure this is only a temporary problem.

Warm welcome, particularly friendly and helpful staff and outstandingly good buffet breakfast. Room at rear quiet (much appreciated), comfortable, but central heating control could be better - at times it was too warm even turned to minimum! Location for us was ideal - central, but away from the very touristy centre. Much of Barcelona was within easy walking distance. Well equipped, recently renovated, it can be highly recommended.

Breakfasts were excellent and the bar and reception area were comfortable and fastfully decorated. The only downside though , the bedrooms were very small. Nevertheless I would stay again at the H10 Gravina, if a larger room was available.

room facing street, noisy, but decent size, had difficulty getting heating to work properly. breakfast very impressive, anything you could want. walls between rooms a bit thin, could hear next door talking, god knows what they heard in our room!

Smallest hotel room I have ever been in, but very clean and the location was great. The Front Desk Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfest offered good variety. I would stay there again, as long as it would not be more then a couple of days (after that I'd get claustrophobic and would not have room for the luggage.

Hotel located conveniently to Placa Catalunya and La Ramblas but the immediate area outside the Hotel entrance is full of bins which are emptied at 4.00am most mornings. Very pleasant staff and a good base to explore from.

Our only complain is tha the room we got must have been the smallest dobbel room I have ever seen. Considering that we shoud live here for 6 days this was very dissapointing. Relaxing in the room in between sightseeing and shopping simply was not an alternative as it ablolutely would have been otherwise. If the room had been bigger we would also have order room-service a few times but here it was absolutely impossible to place even a coffe.

The hotel was disappointing in the sense that the sound proofing was very poor. It was very noisy in the early moring and evening as people were entering/exiting their rooms. I had to be moved from my original room because of a foul odour and unfortunately the new room wasn't much better - I think it was the drains. This is my third stay at this hotel, unfortunately I think that when I go back to Barcelona I will stay elsewhere.

This hotel is just up from Las Ramblas. It is situated in a great location as you are only up from Las Ramblas and it is much quieter. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. When you arrive you receive a complementary glass of champagne. The rooms are cleaned everyday and breakfast has a great choice of food. Would definitely go back.

Greeted at check-in with a glass of champagne & the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There's also free internet access. The room was small and cramped though & smelled a bit and hadn't been cleaned properly - there were scuff marks on the wall and some litter under the bed, including one flip-flop! Other than the room size its a good hotel. Great breakfast - a wide choice. Slightly over-priced for the size of the room. But don't let this put you off.

The hotel was immaculately clean.. and although our room was small (3adults in a twin bedded room with a put you up bed) it was adequate for our stay and was serviced beautifully....fresh bed linen and towels every day...We would recommend this hotel and if we go back to Barcelona will definately stay here again.

Le parking de l'hotel est en fait, un parking privé situé à 400 métres de l'hotel. Le système d'accès est trés compliqué. En arrivée tardive, le gardien du parking n'est pas compétent et commet des erreurs d'enregistrement. Le prix facturé par l'hotel (20 €) est supérieur au prix normal du parking pour une nuit (14€) !!

Excellent hotel right in the heart of the city just a two minute walk to Las Ramblas and Cataluyna square. Even with it's central location it was still very quiet and staff were very friendly at all times. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Meals were first rate. Location is close to perfect with transport links only yards away and the Ramblas no more then five minutes' walk away. I would have no hesitation in staying again or recommending this hotel.

The ventilation does not seem to be working when one uses shower. Bed is too soft for resting after a long day of walking. I do not rest well in a soft bed.

I'd like to have been given the option of a room overlooking the Calle Gravina (ie the quieter side street) rather than the one we had which overlooked the busy Calle Pelai. Champagne on arrival was much appreciated!

Hotel ist gut gelegen, Sauberkeit ok, auch der Service. Zimmer aber eine Katastrophe, jede Gefängniszelle ist größer, man bekommt Platzangst. Für diesen Preis nicht angemessen. Zudem Zimmer zum Hinterhof, wo Fallrohre an der Wand entlang laufen, deren Geräusche einem Nachts aufschrecken lassen.
