Great hotel and friendly helpful staff. Fantastic location - close enough to tourist routes to walk, but far enough away to be able to enjoy some peace and explore the inner suburb of Gracia. Room was comfortable and bathroom spot on. Breakfast buffet great, far better than usual. Not cheap, but what would you expect for a hotel of this quality in this location. If you've got many complaints then I don't know what you are looking for...Overall Impression of the Hotel

An amazing piece of architecture and excellent service. Few negatives: Breakfast room was beautiful but dark, as it was in the basement. Bathtub was hard to get in and out of. Overall Impression of the Hotel

The Hotel has to change/repair lamps next to the beds. One cannot read in bed as the lamps are broken. We had two rooms and both rooms had the same problem. Hotel is aware of it and said will change. But it was difficult to go to sleep for me as I cannot do it if I donot read at least half an hour in bed. Otherwise it is a lovely hotel.Overall Impression of the Hotel

We arrived at the hotel at 8pm ... We were given a room on the first floor, # 119. I believe that we were the only guests staying on that floor ... The floor was cold and the room was even colder... With a 1 year old child this was totally unaceptable. We had been travelling all day and we were all very tired. However, due to the late hour we decided to wait until the morning before voicing our concerns... This was a big mistake ... Not only was the room cold, (even after technical services came to check the thermostat and said everything was in order), but the noise from the street was intolerable. We also had to contend with the sound of a large door slamming closed every 30 seconds or so. After an extremely uncomfortable and sleepless night we were very happy to see the morning. I approached the Duty Manager and, very nicely, explained to him the awful night we had been subjected to at his hotel. CONTINUED ON ANOTHER FORM >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Overall Impression of the Hotel
