The "Born Beach" apartments are in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. Here, the remains of the old Roman city can be found, as well as the group of medieval palaces and convents that are the heritage of a splendid past. Barcelona was the capital of the Catalan counts and monarchs for five hundred years.
A wide selection of bars and restaurants with trendy furnishings are found just a few steps from the apartment. In spite of this touch of modernity, the historic Gothic Quarter of Barcelona still retains the old bohemian personality that characterized it before it became one of the most popular areas of the city, frequented by local inhabitants and tourists. The apartments are very close to one of Barcelona’s most renowned Gothic buildings, the church of Santa María del Mar.

How to pick up the keys : Born Beach Apartments Barcelona
IMPORTANT: On arrival
-Please inform us the exactl time of your arrival at Barcelona by email or telephone and at least two days before or the day before in order to organize your check-in time
ARRIVAL
Eventhough we will advise the owner of your arrival time, please remember to phone the owner on arrival at the airport, train or coach station, or when approching the city of Barcelona, if you travel by car.
- The owner will only go towards the apartment once he/she receives your phone call.
- Eventually, if you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be expected to advise the owner, as he/she will be waiting for your arrival.
CHECK IN:
- On arrival at the apartment, you will be asked to pay cash for the remaining amount. Please make sure you have enough money with you.
- The owner will show you around the apartment and will give you the necessary information to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
- People checking in later than 8pm will be have to pay an extra charge. These extra charges are to be paid directly to the check-in person on the spot.
Between 20h and 24h 20 €
Between 24h and 7h 50 €
Between 7h adn 8h 20 €
DURING YOUR STAY:
- If you have any kind of problem during your stay, you will have to contact the owner directly.
CHECK OUT:
- The limit for checking out is 12 a.m. sharp, though we recommend to try and check out between 9 and 10 a.m. Upon arrival, an hour must be agreed upon for check out. As a general rule, the owner or his representative will come to check the apartment and get the keys, and guests must be ready to leave immediately. Failure to leave at the agreed time for check-out and/or later than 12 a.m. means an additional night is due, without any right of further ocupancy.
- The owner will come to check the apartment, pick-up the keys and refund you the total deposit if the apartment is in the same state as it was when you arrived.
- People checking in or out before 8am will be charged 30€ extra. These extra charges are to be paid directly to the check-in person on the spot.

In the event of non-arrival or cancellation up to three days prior to the date of arrival, ClassBedroom shall charge 100% of the booking.

Mandatory final cleaning service is not included in the price and costs 40,00€.
Upon arrival, ClassBedroom will take your credit card details. The owner will charge to this credit card any possible damage or lost (keys included) caused during your stay.

The owner will go to the apartment only after your phone call. In case of arrivals out of the agreed time (over 30 minutes) you are kindly asked to contact the owner, who will be waiting for you. Upon arrival you will be asked for the total amount of your stay. In case of arrivals after 8 p.m. the following charges (to be paid directly at the reception) apply: arrivals between 8 a.m. and midnight: €20,00; arrivals between midnight and 7 a.m.: €50,00; and arrivals between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m.: €20,00.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than noon. Upon arrival it is necessary to provide the departure time. As a rule, the owner will go back to the apartment to pick up the keys and guests must be ready to leave. If guests do not respect the agreed check-out time or if check-out takes place after midday, the amount of an extra night will be charged. The total amount of the deposit will be refunded if guests leave the apartment in the same conditions that it was upon arrival. Check-out before 8 a.m. is subject to an extra charge of €30,00.
