Generally excellent but a bit slow retrieving the car from valet parking. Also there was no Bible in the room. The buffet breakfast was great!
WOW! Fantastic hotel. I really enjoyed the stay, and although the view wasn't good (i.e. not park) the room was amazingly set-out and nicely done. I can't fault the Sheraton for anything, even breakfast was a monumental experience. Totally recommended.
Excellent location - right in the heart of the shopping distrct but still not far from The Rocks and Darling Harbour - best of both worlds in my opinion!
The hotel check in was very quick and professional. All staff where friendly and couteous. The hotel is offers large rooms with nice bathrooms with showers. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again while travelling to Sydney
Little noisy in the afternoon - some renovations under way. Rooms great and location very central. Meal in the main restaurant average. Breakfast very good. Service in the bar off the front lobby very slow and disorganised. So slow they forgot to charge me for a round of drinks!
The rate I paid for the room was good value, however, when I first decided to stay there the package was stay four nights and get the 5th free! This did not happen and it was only when I had handed over the form from your agency I realized that detail was missing too. However, the price was good but it could have reached excellent! The hotel is wonderful for walking to almost any location, beach, shops, parks and places of interest. Thank you.
Checked in only to find dead cockroaches in the room, then shifted to another room, in which the phone and curtains didn't work, then shifted to a third room. Completed the questionnaire, requesting an explanation, however nothing has been received yet. Would NOT stay there again.
Although the hotel was all of the above, I felt that it was overpriced and therefore did not represent value for money
Everything about the hotel was really good, however I think the price of $30 per night for parking is excessive.
Enjoyed the stay but unfortunately we had to move on the last day of holiday because of lack of room
The hotel rooms were great and I even recieved check in 3 hours early which was extremely conveinent. My main concern was the fact they were charging $15 to use the gym. When you pay so much to stay at a 4-5 star hotel, you should expect to use the facilities for free. Being charged for it was grossly unfair.
The swimming pool is being refurbished at the moment,very disappointed on a hot day. Nobody mentioned it until we wanted a swim. Mozzies in the brasserie, not just one or two but heaps of them. 
As a local Sydney-sider we didn't want to go too far, the weekend before Christmas, for a special birthday surprise weekend. So I chose The Sheraton, one of Sydneys finest 5 star hotels. We stayed in an Executive Suite overlooking Hyde Park. Room service was very slow thogh - 40 mins for some ice! 
We travel all over the place and the only Hotel we stay in are the Sheraton Group of Hotels, Where Located We have never had any problems any where weather it be Australia or asia Excellent
One of the best hoteks I have ever stayed in. The room was so quiet (no noise from adjoining rooms) and the blackout shutters on the windows meant you could sleep as late as you wished. Great service from very friendly staff - one bed was not made up when we arrived, but was very quickly fixed and with sincere apologies! View was not that great, but it was a city side room. Terrific location - close to monorail station, train station and over the road from Hyde Park.

Very enjoyable stay - goof value for money
We live in Darwin and visit Sydney often to see our kids. We have always stayed with you when we come over for holidays or visit family. Hotel is clean and comfortable, staff are friendly, location is ideal. We came over for our daugthers wedding, we also booked a room for her and relatives from interstate for the wedding. They also loved your hotel. Best deal we had with you was last April we had breakfast and parking included. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and see you next ime.

Sheriton on the Park was extremly of high standards and we enjoyed our stay, everyone was very friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable.
The customer service at the Sheraton on the Park could not have been better. We arrived at the hotel at 9am due to an early flight and were able to check in at that time (despite official check in time being 2pm). Check out time was 12pm but the hotel gave us a room later that afternoon to change into clean clothes and have a shower before our flight left at 10pm. Amazing service, beautiful facilities (lovely pool) and fabulous location on the park.
I ended up paying the wrong rate - and the hotel would not recognise this, nor give me the difference between what I should have paid and what I ended up paying. For nearly $500 NZD a night you would not expect cold showers and a fridge that did not go. Will never return!

Excellent hotel near shopping and business with easy access to public transport - St James Station (rail), and buses just outside. By car or taxi Airport access is easy down William Street and onto the Airport toll road. Walkway also connects to Monorail system to Darling Harbour. Gym and pool facilities excellent. New restaurant Angus was great for a steak.
The room we stayed in on level 15 overlooking hyde park was simply stunning, one of the nicest hotel rooms I have stayed in. The bathroom was immaculate.
As a regular business traveller to sydney, I always feel at home when staying at the Sheraton on the Park. The Hotel, is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment which didn't prove to be nuisance in the slightest during my stay. The roof top pool and 'spa chakra' is excellent and I would recommend this hotel to any traveller visiitng sydney for business or pleasure.
Sheraton on the Park is excellently located in the Sydney CBD close to shopping and theatres. The Seafood buffet is excellent and the Service form staff is very attentative and helpful.

626 subject to a hum through the wall into the bed, like a mobile phone in vibrate mode, lasting only short periods. Really bad over hours. Couldn't sleep past sun up because of it. Was going to write independent of this survey. No meaningful view from 626 as on internal corner and too low to be above trees and some street noise. Service:- bar, house, valet, all absolutely the worst in memory. Sorry, but not a very happy guest. Even called my partner Mrs Cook which she is not. Dave

I had stayed years ago frequently at the Sheraton, the hotel had the best, most helpful Reception staff anywhere in Sydney in those days. Things obviously changed and not for the better. The arrogance displayed upon check-in , sort of , we are doing you a favor, was out of place and NOT appreciated. The bathroom was in a sorry state (dirt and mould growing around the corners; investing in a good housekepeer would be a major benefit to Sheraton. 
Was on an internet prepaid discount rate & was put in possibly the worst room. Room looked into laneway & across to someones office. (not refurb'd - tired looking) Early next morn after late night (of staying out to avoid returning to dreary room) woken by sound of hammering/demolition on next floor. Absolutely no extras (comp. water always nice). For $50 extra sh'd have stayed in the comparative splendour of Westin where we'd been all w/e with brek. & many other extras included in price.
I found the staff very disinterested and on one occasion found the concierge downright rude. Also felt that considering that I may have booked for hotel club for a discount room that the suite that I took was on one of the rundown floors and did not include the latest modications. Service was slow.
Room service was a little slow and there's not much u can do after choosing to watch a movie... even if the film's been on for like a minute or so... u've gotta the full amount... other than than, a well-located and a decent five star hotel to stay!!!
I placed a do not disturb sign on my door the entrie time at the hotel upon checkout i was going to tell the lady that i had a bottle of water from the mini bar however someone had been in my room to check this out as she had it written on my account already. Service at the gallery - it took me to get up and ask the girl twice if she could serve us and when i asked the second time she said sit down and i will be with you in a moment the moment was 30minutes later. Then my order was wrong!
Excellent hotel, but two caveats: 1) If your deal includes breakfast, make sure it does not apear as a charge on your bill. The reception staff will gladly include such extras on your bill if you don't correct them. 2) Gym access is a separate charge, even if your voucher allows Entry to the heated pool, spa, sauna and steam room. No one, including Hotel Club, feels that distinction is important enough to mention until the per use gym charge shows up on your bill.

l architecture de cet hotel est magnifique. Dommage que certaines parties étaient en réparation notamment le bar dans la verrière. Le restaurant grill était excellent et le service très prévenant. Excellent séjour.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre etablissement. l hôtel est bien situé . les repas sont bons sauf parfois le matin, ils remettent les oeufs benedicts de la veille .

Mel and I thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were polite and helpfull from the people at the reception to the ladies cleaning on our floor. In this I was particularly impressed because it could be percieved that in thier job they may not necessarily require the same level of people skills as compared to someone on the front desk. Magnificent and friendly hotel. Normal rack rate expensive, but very manageable through the hotel club. Highly recommended.
This was our wedding night and we had a wonderful time. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were kind and very professional. They gave us an upgrade to a suite overlooking Hyde Park. The views were wonderful and the facilities were great. The breakfast the next morning was also great. Overall had a great stay and would recommend it to everyone.

The service we received was excellent, all the staff were friendly and efficent. 
The hotel was outstanding in almost every way, with staff smiling and friendly as well as going out of their way to help us with a restaurant booking. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and ours was not a renovated room so some of its fittings were a little old and the worse for wear, but still comfortable and our every need was catered to. I would recommend the Sheraton On The Park Hotel.
Sheraton on the Park lived up to all of our expectations and exceeded them in most cases. The staff and service were beyond complaint with staff handling all of our requests in a competent and friendly manner, even though the hotel was obviously well booked. All together an excellent stay!
The place looked great with it being redone. Last time we stayed in August, we were very disappointed in the room and were very glad we hadn't paid full price. This time the room was wonderful. As always, the breakfast buffet is the best part of the stay.
Great value for the money. Only complaint I have is the lack of a daily flat rate broadband connection. As a business traveller, the ability to get online and do email without having to worry about high connection charges is critical these days.

After my husband died this year, in late August, my dauhter and I needed to have a little fun and comfort in a beautiful setting and convenience to attend an event at the Sydney Opera House. I chose the Sheraton On The Park Hotel Sydney, for this, and I was on the money. Everything was marvellous and we had a wonderful time and were treated like Royalty. Well done to all!
The Check in was slow and frustrating is my only negative. The hotel had lost my second reservation for an additional night which caused some stress. Despite my emails direct to the hotel I was still asked to check out early. I have complained directly to the hotel this was the reply I have investigated the situation and at the time when the booking was received from Gullivers Travel, we received your original reservation for two nights for the nights of the 01st and 02nd March. An amendment was sent from Gullivers Travel two days later to the Reservations Department to extend your reservation for an extra night for the night of the 03rd March. However, somehow an internal system error has occurred which resulted the your booking not being extended for the extra night. We rectified the error and we extended the booking for the extra night after you arrival to the Sheraton on the Park. I was still called in my room and asked to check out. They have since apologised .
The bath was a little small considering the size of the bathroom.
At the day we check out, the house keeping keep knock on my door for 3 times and rush us to go asap. The worst is we've already told the housekeeping that we will go at 10am but they just keep coming at around 9:30, 9:45 and 9:50. Other than that, everything is fine with this hotel.
When i booked this time i required two rooms but the form only allowed me to put my name in the application upon arrival they only had us in for one room as the other party had a different surname we eventually had it fixed
A friend phoned to order some champagne be sent to our room as we were there for a celebration, and the champagne never arrived and we were never notified about it at all, even on checking out, nothing was mentioned. That was disappointing. The spa wasn't working either next to the pool.
The I'm Angus restaurant needs a complete overhaul of all processes and staff. It took more than one hour for our main course to arrive.
Great location for shopping and sightseeing in Sydney. Friendly staff, very comfortable beds and pillows and quiet air conditioning. Very important for a good night's sleep! Would definitely stay here again. Loved the foyer all decked out for Christmas and despite the hotel being very busy with functions, weddings and Christmas parties, the service from staff was quick and cheerful.
