Great location at the quiter end of Manly beach. larger than average rooms with up to date and modern decor. Breakfast in restaurant is great value. Would stay there again just for the view.

when I booked the rooms I looked up the type of beds and was told on the internet we'd get 2 bedrooms with 3 double beds in them and 1 with 2 double beds in them instead we got 2 singles in 2 rooms 1 double and a fold away bed this isn't the hotel's fault it's the information on the internet which is wrong id probably think twice before booking through this website again

I really reccomned this Hotel, it is quiet and in a great location. I would also suggest getting a beach front room, sitting on the balcony witha glass of wine in the evening was fabulous.

A clean, modern hotel on Manly beach. A bit noisy at times, but a great location with an excellent restaurant and bar.

Lovely location - staying in North tower. South tower doesn't have views I believe. Loved it - right in town & on beach but on quieter end which is great. Balcony overlooking beach. Great apartment - we had one bedroom with sitting room & kitchen & washer/dryer in bathroom. Not big - but plenty for 2 adults & 2 kids. Parts of the hotel being upgraded. Manly has plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops & also great access to nearby Shelley Beach & its lovely Kiosk Restaurant.

We had no way of knowing prior to booking this hotel that the South Wing was badly in need of renovation. The North Wing had been renovated & was so much nicer than the South Wing. We made the best of it, but the South Wing is really old and quite run down.

Very good location on the beach with attractive restaurant and good food . For grade of hotel however there were some major faults - very shabby elevators and worst of all - cockroaches in the 6th floor bedroom . Front desk service in obtaining taxi transport was not good .

Very poor quality fittings, slow lifts, and just a drab, hotel /motel feel to it. For AUD 280 per night, it was very dissapointing.

The room itself was great with the lounge area. The location is amazing being across from Manly Beach and the staff were friendly.

My credit card was handed to front Desk on arrival to allow imprint of my card. Automatically when this was done I was debited $500 making my credit limit for this particular card well and truly over the limit. The hotel had been paid for previously with another credit card. I went to use this card that same night at a restaurant in Manly and it was declined because of insufficient funds. I checked with my bank on the following first working day and they stated that the Raddisson had debited my card for $500. Upon contacting the hotel itself, they said that it was a mistake by the person who served me at the front desk on arrival and that he was sorry !! The hotel eventually re credited my account after talking to the bank and said that they would pay any charges on this account for being overdrawn. A mistake that I do not find acceptable I also believe that I was charged from memory $295 for the night. Their (Raddisson) quoted price was $207 per room !!

The overall standard of this hotel and its restaurant (Sorrels) has declined over the last 12 months. The facilities are aging and the standard of service and staff is not a crackerjack as before. It is clearly the result of poor/absent senior management. All of which is a pity because this hotel has a first class location - beachfront at Manly.

It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and quiet. Very satisfied.
