Wonderful location and excellent room. The breakfast was only average standard and more like 4 star quality. Unimaginative and not particularly fresh food. Otherwise restaurant excellent for meals Prices of mini bar absurdly high.

Cet hotel est situe dans un cadre exceptionnel. Mais à part la très belle decoration au niveau de la reception, celle des chambres et des installations dans la chambre souffrent du manque de renovation (indispensables pour les tarifs demandés). Ne merite pas la formulation six stars...

It is a good place to spent a wonderful romantic night with the one you love. With the first class service and magnificent view, you cant get any better than that.

The view is once in a lifetime view, room has automatic curtains, marble throughout. Service is excellent! The beds are not a 6 star quality.

The location rates an Excellent

This hotel was absolutely superb. Total emphasis is on gracious service. The location is excellent, the rooms are beautifully appointed and very quiet.

Nice Hotel with a lot of charm. We stayed in the early fall and it was pretty out. They helped arrnge a car and helped direct us to the sites, great service

Excellent location with fabulous views. The staff were pleasant, informative and curtious. The rooms are large and attractively furnished. The Hyatt is expensive and worth every penny.

Our reservation was for an Opera View Suite, however I was a little dissapointed with the location of our room, considering the price. The room we were located in did offer unobstructed views of the opera house, however it also offered us unobstructed views of the restuarant below (Italian Village ???). Perhaps the rooms in this section of the hotel, should be re-classified.

Only Complaint is that the Cigar Bar(Lobby Area) was reserved for a media function and alternative lounge was not offered. (Oct.16th). For the money and accomodations I found this to be an inconvenience. Overall, haute service and excellent facilities. Will return someday.

Great location and views from the Opera Suite .. hotel staff were great .. but not the restuarant staff who sucked .. really poor service .. constantly forgetting orders or requests & overcharging. I would definitely stay there but eat in the nearby eateries such as Wolfies Grill or Doyles !!

If this hotel was in the UK it may be classed a 4 star but no better.

Houskeeping needs improving

The hotel has a unique location and provides excellent food and good service. A most enjoyable time and experience and we will definately return.
