Your credit card information is safe when you book with Hotelenia. To ensure your security, Hotelenia uses industry standard 256bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. When you make a hotel booking online, SSL encrypts your credit card details as they travel over the Internet. This encryption makes credit card transactions over the Internet as secure as purchasing at a high street store.

The SSL encryption process converts the information you enter into bits of code which are securely transmitted over the Internet when you submit your booking form. This scrambled data cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.Once the encrypted data is received by our secure server, it is translated back into it's original form so that our systems can read and process it. Your credit card information is not transmitted over the Internet again.

After you leave the hotel, we destroy all your credit card information so no one has access to it. And to avoid any damage, we have an insurance of $250,000 certified by C·O·M·O·D·O. You can see more information about this in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
