I asked for directions 3 times which they never provided. We got a mediocre room with a beaten up carpet and no view a far cry what we expected for a 5 star hotel and the very high price! he room was small with min. furnitures and could provide a couple bottle of mineral water daily. We should get a partial refund on this room. Then we got charged 80 Eu for parking!Impressió general de l'hotel
