This hotel has a fairly good location than what i had expected and it is close enough to the underground train stations. but the services are inadequate- for example: room service is not open 24 hours and the staff could barely speak english and not very friendly. breakfast was adequate and the restaurant is good including a fairly good selection of czech wines but pricy. the rooms are clean but room temperaure controls were a problem. we had to open the windows at night to make the room cool.

Hotel was located in quiet area only a short walk to Museum and Metro line. Great Breakfasts and friendly staff, rooms very clean, overall a lovely hotel and we''ll definitely use it again.

Hotel plaisant et bien placé dans Prague. Excellent petit déjeuner. Seul regret: la chambre pour 3 était vraiment trop petite (plus petite que la chambre pour 2)
